<\/span>Prior to joining Spring Lane, Ken served as a Director at <\/span>Guidehouse<\/span> (formerly<\/span> Navigant Consulting) where he advised senior executives on energy asset due diligence, infrastructure investment, and project development strategy.\u00a0\u00a0 Ken previously co-founded and served as COO for a PE-backed community microgrid development platform and co-founded and served as COO \/ CFO for a founder-funded early-stage technology company.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>Ken\u2019s early career included roles as design, project, and operations engineer, industrial infrastructure planning strategist, performance improvement consultant, and capital program director at firms including Phillips Petroleum Company, Arthur D. Little, and Charles River Associates.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>

<\/span>Ken holds an Executive Certificate in Management and Leadership from MIT\u2019s Sloan School of Business and a <\/span>Masters in<\/span> Industrial Engineering<\/span> from the <\/span>University of Houston<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>He also holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and Philosophy from Iowa State University<\/span>.\u00a0 <\/span>Mr. Horne is a licensed Professional Engineer and a certified Project Management Professional.<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span>[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\n<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
